Holiday Club Summer
Please Read Before Booking:
Please select the activity for your child(ren) from the options listed. Kindly note that some activities are subject to restrictions such as age and height.
Booking & Payment: A booking is not confirmed until Mojo Active has received both the completed booking and full payment. If you are paying by childcare vouchers, payment must be made within 7 days of booking. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the booking may be cancelled without notice.
Special Educational Needs (SEN): We support children with special educational needs (SEN) and those who usually require one-to-one support at school. As this may require additional staffing at the Holiday Club, please call us on 01454 660075 before making a booking to discuss whether we can meet your child's needs.
Photography and Video: Photographs and video may be taken during activities. Mojo Active reserves the right to use these images for promotional purposes. If you do not wish your child to be photographed, please select "NO PHOTO" in their profile before booking.
Wraparound Care & Transport: We offer optional wraparound care and a minibus service from the Café on the Downs: Departing at 9:00 am, returning at 4:30 pm and from Bristol Grammar School (Elton Road bus stop): Departing at 8:45 am, returning at 4:45 pm. These services incur an additional charge and can be selected at the time of booking.
Late Pick-Up Policy: If children are collected after 4:00 pm, we reserve the right to charge £5 for every 5 minutes beyond that time and after 6pm if the later pickup is booked.
Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start of a booked Holiday Club session will receive a full credit on your account which can be used toward a future Holiday Club booking. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
