OUTDOOR ADVENTURES

Weekend adventure… for kids.

Looking for something a little more exciting than soft play? Our weekend Adventure sessions are 50-minute outdoor adventures, designed especially for children aged 7-12 years.

Adventure Play takes place at our outdoor activity centre in Almondsbury. Mojo Active is a trusted, professional adventure centre, that is Ofsted registered and holds the Learning Outside the Classroom (LOtC) quality badge.

Every session is different. Rather than booking a specific activity, you simply book your child's time slot for their Adventure session . Our instructors then choose the adventure that's best suited to the group, taking into account their ages, numbers, abilities and the weather.

And that’s the best bit about Adventure Play — the surprise!

One weekend they might be crawling through a tunnel maze. The next, they could be navigating an assault course, battling it out in a Nerf war, climbing trees or learning how to build a woodland shelter.

Our instructors adapt each session to the group, making sure it's fun, challenging and age-appropriate.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Adventure Play is designed for children aged 7-12 years who enjoy being active, getting outdoors, trying new things and taking on a bit of a challenge.

No previous experience is required.

WHILE THEY'RE OFF ADVENTURING.....

Younger siblings and grown-ups are welcome to relax in our covered Base Camp area while the Adventure session takes place.

We have seating, tea, coffee, cold drinks and games for younger children, so there’s somewhere to sit back and relax while the big kids head off on their adventure.

RAIN OR SHINE:

We're an outdoor adventure experience, so we don't mind a bit of British weather! Just bring suitable outdoor clothing, sturdy footwear and a willingness to get stuck in!

Activities will be adapted or changed depending on conditions. If the weather means a particular activity isn't suitable, we'll simply choose another adventure.

You never know what you're going to get — but you can guarantee you'll get an adventure.
